From the monthly archives:
Number of plaintiff have been using screenshot to provide evident against their defendant or vice versa, but does the screenshot really provide strong evident? I think the answer is no, because people can tamper with evident and is frighteningly easy to do so. I mean the HTML code itself can be modified from the cache itself, there are a few browser capable of doing that, take Google Chrome for example, it’s has a feature called “Inspect Element” and that can be use to modify HTML code from the cache and Safari also has that feature as well. Let take this Screenshot for example before I edited the HTML code.

I can actually change that to something that Max didn’t actually say at all. Now observe.

I tell you this guys you don’t have to be a Computer Scientist to modify html code from the cache, as I said before it’s frighteningly easy to do so. So my advice is you shouldn’t believe in anything you see or read over the WWW because the chances are the evident are weak. If you have been fooled by screenshot then all I can is get a back bone and don’t let yourself get fooled again. Just remember that screenshot just don’t prove anything especially if that from social site.

This article basically extends on my last article “WWW is just plain text,” okay everything that transfer though HTTP is plain text, all the images, programs (javascript, java, flash, etc) and video you see on the World Wide Web derives from plain text and why? Because the Hypertext Transfer Protocol or HTTP was designed to send plain text across the Internet even as of the latest HTTP 1.1. I don’t know if there even a new version of HTTP mainly because I don’t care because as we all know HTTP 1.1 does it job pretty well and I don’t see any need of a new version, it’s just seem to be perfect with everything you see.
The HTTP server translate the files to text, send it’s across the Internet and then the client or your computer to be precise translate them back into files that is human readable, viewable or whatever comes more appropriate to you. It’s just amazing that many people take them for granite or worst as stated in the last article, taking the WWW too seriously.
HTTPS sends cipher text which is basically just plain text encrypted so no cybercriminal can steal sensitive data off you. Bear in mind that when HTTP 1.1 first existed not many people had Internet connection let alone a slow Internet connection compared to the ones that many people have today although some people still got slow Internet connections.

I just want to point out that many people are taking things on the World Wide Web too seriously; I mean most of the stuff on the web is just for fun, nothing more and nothing less. Heck I even write this blog just for fun, unfortunately just like other web site it has been taken seriously and which is honestly just sad, because people shouldn’t take this site seriously at all.
MySpace and Facebook are examples of a few sites that are often referred to as social site but at the end of the day it’s just a website just like my blog except it’s more popular and the features are different with a few similarity for example commenting that one thing and blog posting which is similar to notes on Facebook.
The people you see on MySpace and Facebook, the people you don’t see in real life are really not your friends at all even if you do have them on your friend list they are just not friend’s just fakes. I mean how could you be friends with somebody you didn’t meet in reality? To me it just doesn’t make any sense at all!
I think people who take website seriously should stop taking website seriously and start meeting people in real life, which I think is the best way to go. Blogging is something I do just for fun, I just find it sad to see people take it seriously although I do find that amusing sometimes but still find it sad.
As for MySpace, it’s only in plain text I got swarm enemies, but in reality I don’t have many enemies at all and thank goodness for that. The whole thing was just sad really mainly because too many people took what going on MySpace too seriously including me and most people chosen to blame the whole thing on me, I don’t know.
